Walthamstow Builder AE4 Build project managed and carried out the entire renovation of, and new extension for this Edwardian ground-floor period home:
Refurbishments included sourcing, sanding and fitting reclaimed timber for floors throughout extension restoring bathroom door from salvaged original
New extension included a green roof and eco-friendly birch exterior cladding
Bespoke carpentry for fit out of renovated kitchen, wet room, utility room, bedroom, new office and living area including wardrobes, drawers, cabinets & shelving units
AE4 Build also provided free project management, advice on UK Building regs & liaison with Building Control, free construction management & managing all deliveries
